Fruit & Nut bars are made from just four ingredients. Dates are high in fibre and help keep your blood sugar relatively stable despite being so tasty. Almonds and cashews are terrific for your heart and your metabolic health. Then cocoa which is great for your brain as well as the rest of your body.
Cocoa Orange bars take fruit and nut bars to the next level. All the benefits of cocoa (see below) and cashews (see above) plus the sweetness of raisins, add a drop of natural orange essence, to get an absolute morale booster.
Cocoa bars are over 40% cocoa that supports many aspects of brain function as well as naturally occurring caffeine making them ideal in the morning or before mentally challenging tasks. Unlike most chocolate bars, they contain no added sugar - dried fruit gives them just the right, natural sweetness.
Long Range Fuel bars are formulated to contain the ideal ratio of fats and carbohydrates to support moderate to high intensity activity.
Like our other bars they contain no artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners, or preservatives.
Long Range Fuel bars are designed to be consumed in one or two bites. They can be opened easily with one hand and the wrapper stowed quickly and easily if you've got your hands full or are on the move.
